Smart Start Learning Center began with one simple belief: every child deserves a warm, safe place to grow, and every parent deserves peace of mind.
Our story
How Smart Start began
Smart Start was founded by a Dearborn mom who couldn't find the kind of child care she wanted for her own children: loving, organized, and focused on real learning.
So she built it. What started as a small team and a handful of families has grown into a licensed center caring for infants through PreK, with teachers who know every child by name.
Today, with our new Westland center opening in January 2027, we're bringing that same warmth to even more neighborhoods.
